How long does it take to get my website?
Most websites go live within a few days of you filling out the questionnaire. We build fast without cutting corners.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just fill out a short questionnaire about your business -- name, services, service area, and any photos or a logo you have. We handle the rest.
What if I don't have photos or a logo?
No problem. We use high-quality stock photography that matches your trade. If you get a logo later, we'll add it for free.
Can I make changes to my website?
Absolutely. Just email us with what you need changed and we'll take care of it. Minor updates are included in your plan.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. You pay a one-time setup fee upfront, then month-to-month hosting and support. If you want to cancel, just give us 30 days notice.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. You can buy your own domain and we'll set it up, or we can manage it for you. Either way, it's your domain.
What's included in the monthly price?
Hosting, SSL certificate, security updates, performance monitoring, and minor content changes. The one-time setup fee covers design and build. After that, the monthly fee is just hosting and support.
Will my website work on mobile?
Every website we build is fully responsive -- it looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Before you pay, we show you a few design options to choose from. You pick the one you like best. If none of them work, we'll revise until you're happy.
Do you help with Google rankings?
Every site includes basic SEO setup -- page titles, meta descriptions, Google Maps, and fast load times. Our Advanced plan adds service area pages for better local search visibility.
